WHERE INVESTORS FOLLOW THE MONEY

Track Congress. Track insiders. Track institutional money. All in one feed.

They are all required by law to disclose their trades. GetSignal reads those filings as they land and pushes the ones you follow straight to your phone.

How it works

01

Browse profiles

Look up any company, fund manager, or member of Congress. Each profile puts their filings, holdings, and trades in one place.

02

Build your feed

Follow the ones worth watching. Your feed then shows their activity and nothing else, filtered by type whenever you want.

03

Set your alert rules

Pick which events reach your phone and how important they have to be. Quiet hours and a daily cap keep your lock screen yours.

04

Stay on top of it

A filing lands and you know minutes later, with the numbers already worked out. No refreshing a government website.

GETTING STARTED

Your feed is nine picks away

GetSignal opens on names people already follow, so there is no empty search box waiting for you. Pick three companies, three members of Congress, and three fund managers, and the feed starts filling from there.

  • Start from familiar names, or search every US listed company
  • Follow any member of the House or Senate
  • Add the fund managers behind the 13F filings

A DECISION THE INSIDER MADE

P

Open-market buy

They chose to buy, with their own money, at the going price.

S

Open-market sale

A choice to sell, though it may have been scheduled months ago.

COMPENSATION PLUMBING

A

Grant or award

Pay. Nobody decided to buy anything.

M

Option exercise

Converting options granted years earlier.

F

Tax withholding

Shares handed back to cover tax on a vest.

Twelve Form 4 codes, translated on every event. A headline that says an executive sold $4M of stock rarely says which of these it was. GetSignal always does.

INSIDERS & SMART MONEY

See what executives and funds do, not what they say

Open market insider buys and sales from SEC Form 4, plus the 13F holdings of the biggest institutional investors, all attached to the companies you follow.

  • Insider buying and selling flagged on every company profile
  • Top 13F holders with position sizes and quarterly changes
  • Grants, exercises, and tax withholding are never dressed up as open market conviction

CONGRESS TRADES

Every STOCK Act filing, with the delay on the record

Congress can legally wait up to 45 days to disclose a trade. GetSignal shows the trade date, the filing date, and exactly how late the disclosure was, for every member, every filing.

  • Follow any member of the House or Senate
  • Estimated net worth and portfolio built from official disclosures
  • Average disclosure delay per member, so you know who files late

BUILT ON THE PUBLIC RECORD

We explain our own numbers

GetSignal ships a methodology screen: where each figure comes from, which numbers are estimates derived from range based disclosures, and why a 13F reflects last quarter rather than today.

  • SEC filings link out to the original document on EDGAR
  • Estimates are labeled as estimates
  • No performance promises, no recommendations
ALERTS ON YOUR TERMS

Don't watch the feed. Let the feed find you.

Build alert rules for exactly what you want: pick the event types, set an importance floor, choose per-event pushes or a daily recap. Quiet hours and daily caps keep your lock screen yours.

  • A push minutes after a filing drops for someone you follow
  • Notable and Major flags triage busy mornings for you
  • Third party news stays out unless you opt in

Frequently asked questions

Is GetSignal investment advice?

No. GetSignal is information, not investment advice. It surfaces public disclosures that companies, corporate insiders, institutional funds, and members of Congress are legally required to file. What you do with that information is entirely up to you.

Where does the data come from?

Market data, fundamentals, analyst ratings, insider transactions, and 13F holdings come from institutional market data providers. Congressional trades, rosters, and net worth figures are drawn from official STOCK Act filings and disclosures. Links to SEC EDGAR and the House and Senate disclosure portals are built into the app so you can check the primary record yourself.

Is GetSignal free?

Yes. The free plan includes 10 follows, per-event push alerts, and 30 days of history. Signal Pro adds unlimited follows, full history, daily and weekly recaps, email digests, and price alerts, with a 7 day free trial.

How fast are Congress trade alerts?

GetSignal polls for new STOCK Act filings every 5 minutes, around the clock, and pushes an alert as soon as a disclosure appears. Note that the STOCK Act allows members up to 45 days to disclose a trade, so GetSignal always shows both the trade date and how many days later it was filed.

Which platforms does GetSignal support?

GetSignal is launching on iOS and Android. You can open company, fund, and Congress profiles without an account to get a feel for them; a free account unlocks the full profile, following, and alerts.

Follow the money from your pocket

Free to start, and you can look around before you sign up. The Pro trial runs through the App Store or Google Play and becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel. Not investment advice.
