GetSignal reads public market disclosures the moment they are filed and pushes the ones you care about to your phone. Members of Congress disclosing trades under the STOCK Act, corporate insiders filing Form 4 with the SEC, institutional funds reporting holdings on Form 13F, earnings results, and analyst ratings. All of it is public record. The work we do is finding it fast, checking it, and putting it in front of the people it matters to.

Why it exists

Every one of these filings is public the day it lands, and almost none of it reaches an ordinary investor in time to be useful. It sits in EDGAR, in House and Senate clerk systems, and in vendor feeds, in formats built for compliance rather than for reading. Professionals pay for tools that watch it for them. GetSignal is that tool, priced for everyone else.

What we do, and what we do not

We surface filings and results, we say plainly where each one came from, and we date every claim. We do not give investment advice, make recommendations, publish price targets of our own, sell trading signals, run a paid group, or execute trades. We never connect to your brokerage and we hold no money. Nothing on this site or in the app is investment advice.

When a filing is an allegation rather than an established fact, we say so in those words. When a number is an estimate, we label it as one. Where the underlying data has a known limitation, such as the reporting delay built into the STOCK Act or the quarterly lag on 13F, we publish the limitation next to the number rather than quietly hoping you do not notice it. How we make money

GetSignal is free to use, with a paid tier that unlocks deeper history, unlimited alerts and cross-entity views. See pricing. We do not sell personal data, and we do not take payment to feature a company, a fund or a public official. The data we publish is chosen by what was filed, never by who paid.

Corrections
