S&P Global said on October 22, 2026 that it has expanded AI-powered capabilities across its private markets ecosystem, centered on its iLEVEL platform for portfolio monitoring, reporting and data management.

The company said the iLEVEL enhancements embed AI directly into private markets workflows, including a native iLEVEL Agent, AI-powered data ingestion and natural-language search. Customers can also connect their iLEVEL data and capabilities to AI tools such as Copilot and Claude through iLEVEL's MCP server, while keeping their existing access controls and permissions.

The company also said iLEVEL supports private credit workflows, including covenant monitoring against credit agreement terms. It said its performance analytics have been expanded with contributing GPs across private credit, real assets and private equity.

S&P Global said iLEVEL is expanding its connections to Capital IQ insights, WSO, Outreach360, risk and reputational screening, and CLM Pro deal lifecycle workflows. The company said iLEVEL has more than 15 years of experience serving more than 700 private markets firms worldwide, and that its software is complemented by outsourced services.
