Johnson & Johnson said on October 19, 2026 that one-year results from the Phase 3 FUZION study showed TREMFYA (guselkumab) maintained or improved fistula remission through 48 weeks in adults with Crohn's disease. The late-breaking findings are being presented at the 2026 United European Gastroenterology Week.

Combined fistula remission, which accounts for both clinical and radiologic assessment, was maintained or improved in both TREMFYA maintenance regimens through Week 48. Clinically assessed fistula remission showed similar findings. Results for the 200 mg every 4 weeks group remained consistent through Week 48.

More than 90% of all randomized patients, including both bio-naive and bio-experienced patients, completed treatment through Week 48. Safety findings through Week 48 were consistent with the established safety profile of TREMFYA in Crohn's disease.

Johnson & Johnson said the findings build on Week 24 results, in which 28% of patients on the 100 mg every 8 weeks regimen and 27% on the 200 mg every 4 weeks regimen achieved combined fistula remission, compared with 10% on placebo.
