Eaton names Andrea Trabacchin principal accounting officer

Eaton Corporation plc appointed Andrea Trabacchin as Senior Vice President and Controller on October 1, 2026, effective October 5, 2026. Trabacchin will serve as the company's principal accounting officer, succeeding Adam Wadecki in that role.

On September 30, 2026, Wadecki, who had been serving as Senior Vice President and Controller and as principal accounting officer, accepted a new position within the company. The company said he will transition into a non-executive officer position as Senior Vice President, Finance, Electrical, effective October 5, 2026.

Trabacchin, 48, served as Senior Vice President, Finance, Industrial at Eaton from April 2024 to October 2026, and as Vice President of Finance, Mobility Group from April 2022 to April 2024. Before joining Eaton in April 2022, he was Vice President of Finance, Construction Equipment Segment at CNH Industrial N.V., an agricultural and construction equipment company, from August 2020 to April 2022.

The company said Trabacchin will receive an annual base salary of $485,000 and a target short-term annual incentive equal to 60% of his base salary, prorated for the months he works in 2026. The company said he will also participate in the same vacation, health, welfare and retirement plans and policies as similarly situated officers.
